Leslie Marell, Esq.

Ms. Marell has extensive legal experience counseling companies in the areas of business contracts, purchasing and sales, technology law, real estate, and day-to-day legal matters.

Ms. Marell works “Of Counsel” with Sanders & Montalto, LLP providing its clients with specialized legal services in the areas of shareholder and operating agreements as well as buy/sell agreements.


In addition, Ms. Marell represents companies in a diverse range of industries such as electronics and computer products, medical equipment, ore and chemical mining, food services, construction and real estate. She also works with independent sales representatives who range in size from Fortune 100 companies to sole proprietorships.


Ms. Marell has published articles on contract law, business law, and intellectual property law; co-authored A Guide for the Purchasing & Supply Professional published by McGraw-Hill; and authored periodic legal columns for MANA, ERA, and Inside Supply Management magazines.


As a graduate of The University of California, Los Angeles and The University of San Fernando Valley Law School, Ms. Marell strives to work closely with her clients in a personal and innovative manner to create the best possible strategies in order to maximize results and minimize risks.
